Accounts
You may shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site or our services.
Orders & pricing
Product pages and carts show prices in USD unless stated otherwise. An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock, pricing or fraud reasons and will refund any payment taken.
We aim for accurate pricing and descriptions. If an error is obvious, we may cancel and refund even after confirmation.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is charged when the order is confirmed. Title to goods passes when we receive full payment; risk passes on delivery.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery estimates are on our Shipping & delivery page. Dates are targets, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers when the carrier delivers to the address you provide.
Returns & refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & refunds policy. Final-sale items and excluded categories are marked on the product page.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and product imagery are owned by Motif or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or use automated tools that overload our systems. We may block access where we detect abuse.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, Motif is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New York County have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
