Changed your mind? Send unworn pieces back within 30 days of delivery — prepaid label, no restocking fee.
Condition to return
Items must be unused, with tags attached, in original packaging. Swimwear, underwear and final-sale pieces are excluded.
Refunds in 5–7 days
Once we receive and check your return, refunds hit the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
How it works

Open My orders, pick the items, and choose return or exchange. We’ll email a prepaid label right away.
- 02
Pack & drop off
Use the original packaging when you can, stick the label on, and drop the parcel at any listed carrier location.

Refund or exchange
We inspect on arrival. Refunds go back to your original payment; exchanges ship as soon as the new size is reserved.

Common questions
30 days from the delivery date on your tracking. After that we can’t accept returns, even if the item is unused.
Yes for contiguous US orders. The prepaid label is included in every return you start online. Alaska, Hawaii and international returns may share return shipping — we’ll show the cost before you confirm.
Final-sale and clearance items marked as such on the product page, personal care, underwear, swimwear (unless faulty), gift cards, and anything worn, washed, altered or missing tags.
Yes while stock lasts. Choose exchange when you start the return and pick the new size or color. If it’s gone, we’ll refund instead and you can reorder.
We process returns within 2 working days of arrival. Banks then take 5–7 working days to show the credit. You’ll get an email the moment we issue the refund.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — you won’t need to use the standard return window.
